1. Payment: We accept payment through our website using major credit cards or Apple Pay. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order that has not been paid for within 48 hours.

2. Processing & Shipping: All merchandise items are created at time of order. It takes approximately 2-5 business days to create and fulfill orders. Shipping times will vary based on product availability and shipping destination. Estimated delivery dates will be provided but cannot be guaranteed. Once the merchandise is fulfilled and passed onto the carrier, you will be the owner of the merchandise.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply.
   Certain products may be packaged and shipped separately. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates and, as permitted by law, we do not assume any responsibility, except for informing you of any known delays, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. The average delivery time may be displayed on our website, but it is merely an approximation and actual delivery times may vary. Furthermore, all delivery timeframes provided when you place and confirm your order are subject to change. Nevertheless, we will make every effort to contact you and inform you of any changes that may arise.

3. Returns and exchanges: If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a claim within 10 days of receiving the product. For packages that are lost during transit, all claims must be submitted within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. If you need to make a claim due to an error made by the Print On Demand company we use, please email us at the.awaiting.autumn@gmail.com. Any errors made by the Print On Demand company will be addressed by them. However, if you (the customer) made an error when placing the order, such as selecting the wrong size, we will handle it on a case-by-case basis and cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.

4. Intellectual property: All content on our website, including but not limited to logos, designs, and images, are the property of our company and may not be used without our permission. All merchandise sold on our website is also protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or resold without our permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties: We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials on our website or merchandise. All merchandise is sold "as is" and without any warranty, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability: You agree that the use of our website and our products is at your sole risk. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or our products.
